Tina Busch currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she leads the enterprise‑wide people and culture strategy, advancing leadership, talent and organizational performance in service of long-term growth and stewardship of its employee-owned legacy.  

Tina joined the organization in 2026. With more than 25 years of global experience across complex, fast-moving businesses, she translates strategy into execution by building high-performing teams, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and positioning talent and culture as a sustained competitive advantage. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at ATI Inc., a $4.5 billion global producer of high-performance materials and solutions for the global aerospace and defense markets, with 7,700 employees worldwide. 

Tina serves on the Advisory Board for the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development (EAHR) at Texas A&M University. She holds a PhD, Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.
