Chris Nickle

As President of McCarthy’s Southwest Region, Chris Nickle is instrumental in guiding the operational execution of McCarthy's business across the Arizona and Colorado markets. He collaborates with regional leaders to develop and execute the Southwest’s expansive business strategy through key projects, client relationships, and successful experiences for clients and their stakeholders. He aims to identify and pursue new opportunities while targeting the goals of the Arizona, Education, and Colorado business units. 

Bringing more than two decades of experience, Chris joined McCarthy in 2000 as a project engineer and has since held numerous significant roles within the company. Before becoming regional president, Chris fostered incredible growth for the region’s Arizona business unit, including McCarthy’s entrance into the mission critical industry.  

Having joined McCarthy shortly after receiving his bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Montana State University, Chris embodies McCarthy’s core value of being All In, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all stakeholders involved in McCarthy’s projects. When faced with a challenge, Chris unites teams in developing unique solutions and prioritizing successful outcomes.
