Jim Lauer is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for McCarthy’s Southwest region, where he leads strategic initiatives to build and sustain key relationships across the mission critical, aviation, and healthcare markets. With more than 35 years of industry experience—rising from tradesman to senior project manager to his current executive role—Jim brings a wealth of hands-on expertise and visionary leadership to every project. 

Throughout his career, Jim has been dedicated to delivering exceptional results for clients and partners, guiding teams from the earliest stages of design through project completion and beyond. His deep understanding of diverse market sectors enables him to anticipate client needs, foster innovative solutions, and drive operational excellence across complex, high-stakes environments.
