Justin Richards is a Director of Business Development for McCarthy’s National Water Business Unit, where he leads strategic pursuits and builds strong, lasting partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders across Texas and neighboring regions.
Since joining the Water team in 2023, Justin has become a key connector across regional markets, helping drive coordinated growth efforts and ensuring the right teams are aligned to win and deliver complex water projects.
Justin supports McCarthy’s national water strategy by shaping pipeline development, strengthening client engagement, and working closely with business development and leadership teams to share best practices across regions.
Known for his relationship-forward approach, he is deeply focused on building trust, elevating collaboration, and advancing pursuit strategies that position teams for long-term success.
He is active in industry forums, including the Texas Water Conference. Justin earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
