Mike Benford brings a proactive, relationship-driven approach to clients across the Southern Pacific Region. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Mike first joined McCarthy in 2013, contributing to teams in Southern California and Texas. He began his career in operations before transitioning into business development. Mike’s diverse industry background spans both project scope and geography, enabling him to transform client objectives into executable solutions. Mike is a champion of alternative delivery strategies and creating seamless client experiences.
