Suzy Cruden

Suzy Cruden is the Senior Vice President of Strategy for McCarthy’s Southern Pacific Region. In this unique role, she collaborates with McCarthy’s regional executive team to analyze market trends, identify strategic growth opportunities, and ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage across Southern California and Nevada. Having dedicated twenty years to the industry, Suzy worked in operations for healthcare clients, before influencing the region’s approach to design integration, business development, marketing, and business strategy. Her diverse expertise and passion for innovation drive exceptional experiences for both our clients and partners. Suzy is a proud graduate of the University of California, San Diego and a key member of San Diego’s construction community for more than a decade. She currently serves on the UCSD Real Estate Development Board, is a DBIA Professional, and active member of Partnership for Women, an employee resource group supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of women at McCarthy and within the construction industry to broaden diversity of perspective.
