With 15 years of experience in the industry, he brings a deep construction background, collaborative leadership style, and keen attention to detail that drive operational excellence, risk management, and sustained business growth.

As an executive leader, Tyler is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Colorado business, aligning teams around client goals, and ensuring that every project delivers measurable value. He is focused on expanding McCarthy’s presence and enhancing the firm’s positive impact on the local construction landscape by championing predictable outcomes, transparent communication, and a culture of safety and quality.

Tyler works closely with clients and partners to develop tailored building solutions that support each program’s unique goals, optimize total cost of ownership, and strengthen long-term partnerships. He is known for bringing stakeholders together early, leveraging data-driven insights and keeping teams aligned from preconstruction through closeout. Tyler sits on the board of AGC Colorado and is also on the executive committee for the Metro Denver Economic Development Council.
