McCarthy is proud to welcome this year’s intern class for a summer of hands-on learning, meaningful work and career-building opportunities across the country.
This summer, McCarthy is proud to welcome 341 interns, including 88 returning interns, to offices and jobsites across the country. Representing 101 colleges and universities and 57 majors, this year’s class brings a wide range of perspectives, experiences and talent to our teams.
Through McCarthy’s INTERN ADVANTAGE® program, interns will gain hands-on experience alongside seasoned builders and business professionals, building skills that will support their future success. From day one, they will be immersed in meaningful work and real-world learning opportunities that reflect the impact of a career in construction.
We’re especially excited to welcome back returning interns, including six who are on their fourth internship with McCarthy, a strong reflection of the experience and opportunity the program provides. As many McCarthy leaders have shown, the internship program continues to be an important entry point for the next generation of construction professionals.
