McCarthy Makes Headway on Kedren Children’s Village in Los Angeles

Kedren Children’s Village is a $145 million, 103,000-square-foot pediatric behavioral health campus being built by McCarthy in South Los Angeles. The facility will bring inpatient and outpatient care, crisis services, primary care, pharmacy support, and transitional family housing together in one integrated setting designed to prioritize safety, comfort, and accessibility for children and their families. Construction is progressing ahead of schedule, with completion expected June 30, 2027.
