UC Davis Medical Center – PMB Kindred Sacramento Sierra Rehabilitation Hospital

This project will include construction of a new 58,623 GSF, 52-bed specialty rehabilitation hospital facility serving patients who require rehabilitation following a stroke, traumatic

brain injury, spinal cord injury, or similar medical problems in the greater Sacramento metropolitan area. Project includes Patient Rooms for stroke, brain and spinal injury patients’ physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy, as well as kitchen and servery, pharmacy, clinical lab, radiology, dietary, and administrative spaces.

Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Pasadena, California
Estimated Start Date: June 2021
Estimated Completion Date: May 2023

This project will include 86,000 square feet on 5 floors with a concrete structural system. Upon completion, the building will allow for an adaptable modern building that consolidates engineering, fabrication, assembly and testing that is currently distributed around the site.

We are self-performing the structural concrete and anticipate 70 craft professionals on site.

Palomar Pomerado Parking Structure

Estimated Completion Date: November 2022

This project will include the construction of a 6-level 565,000 square feet cast in place parking structure with 1,896 parking stalls. This parking structure will support the Palomar Medical Center Hospital Campus.

We are self-performing the structural concrete and anticipate 70 self-perform concrete craft professionals.

Paradise Valley Unified School District — Palomino Primary School Replacement

Phoenix, AZ
Estimated Start Date: July 2021
Estimated Completion Date: July 2022

Demolition and replacement of an existing classroom building, which will allow for additional playgrounds and playfield on Palomino's PreK-3rd grade campus. New building space will be a two-story masonry building and total just over 50,000 square feet. Additional scope of work will also include the remodel of the multipurpose area and administration space. 

We anticipate approximately 65 craft professionals on site per day.

Washington University School of Medicine — New Research Building and Parking Garage

St. Louis, MO
Start Date: January 2020
Estimated Completion Date: June 2023

The $440 million, 11-story, 609,000-square-foot Neuroscience Research Building at the Washington University School of Medicine will initially bring together more than 100 research teams focused on solving the many mysteries of the brain and the body’s nervous system.

At peak, we anticipate having approximately 400 people on site. McCarthy is self-performing the concrete structure and we anticipate peaking out at around 50 craft professionals (laborers and carpenters).

Castle Contracting is self-performing the earthwork and site utilities.

West Georgia Technical College New Campus

Carollton, GA
Start Date: August 2020
Estimated Completion Date: February 2022

West Georgia Tech is a multi-building campus in Carrollton, GA which consists of 176,875 square feet of constructed space over approximately 45 acres of land. The new campus will consist of a 3-story Administrator Building and Maintenance Building that will connect to the Technical and Industrial building with a 170’ span pedestrian bridge.

Our craft workforce is a diverse mix of McCarthy craft from Atlanta, Dallas and Houston as well as new local hires from Carrollton, GA. Throughout the project, we’ll peak at about 16 craft professionals doing self-perform concrete as well as the general works package.

Thunder Valley Casino – Entertainment Facility

Lincoln, CA

Estimated Completion Date: October 2022

This new entertainment venue is 135,000 SF of new construction consisting of front of house lobby and concession space, proscenium, and theatre space to allow Thunder Valley Casino

Resort to remain a fixture and destination within the greater Sacramento area and Central Valley for entertainment and gaming. The venue will have 4,500 seats and can hold up to 5,000 Guests. The first phase of the project consisted of renovating the southern

entry by constructing a new Porte Cochere that serves as the new prominent main entry. The second phase of the project consists of renovating the existing Porte Cochere to serve as an open-air gathering space and constructing “The Venue”.

Judicial Council of CA – Stanislaus County Modesto Courthouse

Estimated Completion Date: June 2024

This project includes a new 309,000 SF courthouse that contains 27 courtrooms and support space, accommodating 350 judges and support staff. In addition to the eight-story courthouse, the project also includes a one-story utility building, site preparation, underground utilities, landscape, hardscape, surface parking, utility and receiving yard, secured bus sally port, and security barriers.
