Chelsey Ullrich leads business development efforts across the Houston and Austin markets, and is focused on building and strengthening relationships across the region. Being at McCarthy for over five years, Chelsey has served in operations and marketing roles in addition to business development, bringing a diversified business mindset to any project she works on. 

In addition to her work at McCarthy, Chelsey is a member of the Women in Healthcare, Texas Chapter, and is consistently involved with both AGC Houston and AMFP Houston. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from East Texas Baptist University.
